Risking It All

Look into your heart

Do you think you could ever love me

Will you ever see what I see

Should I leave forever and just let you be

My heart says one thing

The mind the total opposite

I know I’m in winter season

Rest, pause, reintegrate

Rest, pause, reintegrate

Patience

A mature plant doesn’t grow overnight

Patience

Don’t rush it

Divine timing

When the fuck is divine timing gonna show it’s freaking face

The seeds planted

Foundation’s set

Almost there

It’s the last call

But I’m beyond frustrated

I swear I’ve never had to wait this long

But then again, nothing else has ever been quite worth the wait in the end

Before it was all just make believe, just pretty pretty princess, just pretend

Never putting in the full hand

This is different

I’m all in, mind, body and soul

Risking heartbreak

Risking it all

No assurance

No certainty at all
