Lessons Learned in the Unraveling of My Soul
1. How to live from my heart instead of the mind.
Not everything in life can be explained by logic alone because not everything in life is logical. Life is first and foremost meant to be experienced fully and completely 100%, not learned through mental concepts, books and/or theories alone.
2. How to return non-love with love.
Returning non-love with love even when it’s the last thing you want to do. You truly can melt others over time by standing in your power with unwavering love. Unwavering, compassionate love for yourself by example and by offering it to others too.
3. Relationships are the best teachers.
The most valuable life lessons are cultivated by learning how to create space for deep intimacy, developing vulnerability, clear communication, and maintaining healthy boundaries in all of your closest relationships in life. Relationships are of the utmost importance.
4. Trust your gut.
Learn to trust your gut instincts by developing and strengthening your intuition. Trust in your connection to Source! Life has a way of working itself out if you are able to cultivate just a little bit of faith along the way.
5. Your inner world creates your outer world.
The state of your inner world is literally what begins to show up in your outer world. If your inner world is chaotic and full of fear, that too will be what you see in your external outer world as proof that you are the creator of your own personal holographic world. This is one of those concepts that cannot be fully understood with the mind or with logic only - it is a concept that is realized by experience and learning how to feel and embrace all of your emotions fully and completely without shame or guilt (#feeltoheal).
6. Live in the Now.
The present moment is the only thing that really matters in life and is where ALL of your power lies - another concept that cannot be fully understood in a logical sense only.
7. What really matters in the End?
In the end, how well we learned to love, let go, surrender, and trust in the natural cyclical flow and timing of life will be the only true measures of living a life well lived.
8. Life changing ascension tools and resources I discovered along my journey.
Learning about the Gene Keys, Human Design and how much we are unconsciously influenced by societal conditioning and the cosmos (astrology) has literally changed my entire life in the most unfathomable and incredible ways possible! I did not know what a truly magical world we live in until I let myself “dream a little dream of me!” Believe in yourself!
9. Do not let fear take the wheel.
Do NOT let your mind takeover and rule your life by using your deepest fears in order to keep you from living your true human potential. We live in a holographic illusionary world. Once you realize just how holographic and just how many illusions you have been fed, all of your fears will dissipate instantaneously and then…you realize you were the creator all along. However, you still have to do the deep spiritual inner work in order to get to there.
10. Spiritual Bypassing will not get you where you want to go.
You have to face your pain, your past and your shadows first, and then you can rewrite those stories however you want to. However, skipping your shadow work equals spiritual bypassing, and spiritual bypassing will not get you to where you want to go.
11. Life shows up in symbols and archetypal myths.
Have you ever noticed we often dream in symbols and metaphors. If we do not do our inner spiritual work, we see evidence of the shadow archetypal mythical storylines taking shape in our lives, like the dark mother or the wounded masculine. As we purify our souls by releasing the knots of our own personal and ancestral trauma within our DNA, we increase our vibration to reach higher frequencies. Therefore, we begin to see evidence of a healthier, balanced, more empowered archetypal mythical figures playing out in our lives like the Divine Mother (i.e. Mary Magdalene).
12. You have to embrace the lessons influenced by Saturn before you are able to receive the blessings of Jupiter.
Saturn is often referred to as the Great Teacher. The planet Saturn invites us to release anything that does not serve the fulfillment of our hearts truest and deepest desires. It teaches us that if we take a stand for our own empowerment, then we are rewarded with more support and more abundance from the Universe. If we fail to empower ourselves or to stand in our own true power, then you will see evidence of the opposite happening as a reflection in your outer world.
13. The number Thirteen is not evil.
We have been taught that there is only 12 astrological signs, 12 disciples, 12 months in a year...but what if there are really 13? I urge you to study sacred geometry and to begin your studies with The Ancient Flower of Life. Then decide for yourself. Discernment will become your best friend.
